We hope you are enjoying the summer whether you are here in Edinburgh or travelling further afield.
As you know we had to postpone our AGM that was scheduled for May. Given that so many people are away over the summer we have decided to reschedule it for Wednesday 7 September at 7.30pm to allow more people to attend. It will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Royal Terrace.
Attached is the draft agenda for the meeting. If there is anything that you would like to added to the agenda, please let us know. Also, if you are interested in joining the Committee, we would be very pleased to hear from you.
Further information including the minutes from last year's meeting, the Chair's report and the Annual Accounts will be distributed at least a week before the scheduled date for the meeting.
